Scriptnib is run by one person, David Borges. There is no help desk and no queue — email goes to him.

Email [email protected]. Please say what screen you were on and what you expected to happen; a screenshot answers most questions on its own. If you are signed in, Contact in the account menu does the same thing and brings your email address with it.

Getting an account

Scriptnib is in private beta, so accounts are by invitation. Request beta access on the sign-in page puts you on the list.

Connecting an AI app

Scriptnib connects to AI apps through MCP, which you set up yourself from Connect an AI app in the sidebar. Two things account for nearly every problem with it: a connector that says needs auth has to be re-authorized in the AI app's own settings, and a connector set up before a Scriptnib update may still be offering the old list of tools, which reconnecting fixes.

Your work and your data

What Scriptnib stores and who can see it is in the privacy policy; the terms of use cover the rest. To have your account and everything in it deleted, email [email protected] and say so.
